Charlotte Tainturier is a lawyer in Cohen & Gresser’s Paris office and a member of the corporate practice. She focuses her practice on complex cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.

Charlotte has extensive experience advising multinational corporations, private equity firms, and emerging growth companies across a wide range of industries, including technology, health care, and real estate.

Prior to joining Cohen & Gresser, Charlotte practiced at Harlay Avocats, where she played a key role in high-profile transactions, and at Argos Avocats, where she practiced mergers and acquisitions.

Charlotte earned a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in commercial and corporate law from Queen Mary University of London, completed training at École du Barreau du Québec, and earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Université de Montreal.

Charlotte is admitted to practice in Paris and Montreal (QC, Canada). She speaks French, English, and German.
