Olivia P. Daniels is an associate in Cohen & Gresser’s New York office and a member of the firm’s White Collar Defense & Regulation and Litigation & Arbitration practice groups.
Olivia’s practice focuses on internal and regulatory investigations and commercial litigation. Olivia has counseled individuals and companies through all stages of internal investigations, as well as in regulatory investigations involving the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Reserve Board, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and U.S. House of Representatives. She has represented clients in data privacy inquires, including before the Data Protection Commission and Information Commissioner’s Office. Olivia also has experience representing clients in commercial litigation disputes in both federal and state courts as well as before arbitral tribunals. Olivia maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals and families in immigration court and before USCIS.
Prior to joining Cohen & Gresser, Olivia was a litigation associate at Latham & Watkins.
Olivia is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was Executive Editor of the Journal of International Law and received the Outstanding Pro Bono Service Award. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Economics from the University of Colorado, with a Certificate in Middle Eastern & Islamic Studies.
