Extraterritoriality in Criminal Law, MLATs, and Extradition

This course examined the legal principles surrounding extraterritorial application of U.S. criminal law and its limitations. It also covered methods U.S. prosecutors use to gather evidence overseas, as well as general principles of law concerning extradition of foreign nationals.
